CLERMONT, Fla. - TelAve -- Carsan Window Fashions, a 50-year vertically integrated window covering manufacturer, has received the Window Covering Manufacturers Association (WCMA) 2025 Best New Technical Innovation Award in the Horizontal Blinds (All Finishes) and Motorization and Automation category. The award recognizes Carsan's branded AM motorized horizontal blinds, engineered to both lift and tilt in a single motorized system.

Standard motorized horizontal blinds on the market today perform one motion or the other. They lift, or they tilt. Dealers and designers have had to choose, or stack two systems, adding cost and complexity. Carsan's AM motorized horizontals deliver both motions through a single integrated motor.

This is the second WCMA award in Carsan's history. The company earned its first WCMA recognition roughly 20 years ago, making the 2025 honor a milestone that spans two decades of product engineering. Carsan is launching this motorized horizontal line to dealers as DualMotion across the United States and Canada, with Quebec and Ontario expansion underway.
