Columbia: Community members invited to presentation on Thanksgiving fire safety

(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ Columbia, MO - The City of Columbia has launched a new initiative called Community Classroom, aimed at promoting engagement and communication between residents and city officials. This series of interactive sessions will cover various topics related to city services and departments.

The first session will take place on Wednesday, November 19 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Columbia Fire Department's Training Academy located at 700 Big Bear Blvd. Attendees can expect a presentation from local firefighters on Thanksgiving fire safety, followed by a safety demonstration.
