Among the presenters are keynote speaker and former director of the Pentagon's secret UFO program, Luis Elizondo who has studied scores of reports of unusual phenomenon and sightings of aircraft that could not be identified or explained; and retired UK Minister of Defence officer, Nick Pope, whose research on the Global Strategic Trends Program enabled him to imagine "The World in 2045." Other speakers are plasma physicist John Brandenburg on "A Report from Mars," and UFO field investigator and Lutheran pastor, Ted Peters on "UFOs, Extraterrestrials and the Future of Humanity - A Theological Perspective."

The recent disclosure of the Pentagon's $22 million secret Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) has reignited interest among UFO researchers and the public around the world. That program produced documents that describe sightings of aircraft that move at very high velocities with no visible signs of propulsion, or that hovered with no apparent means of lift." (The New York Times, December 16, 2017) AATIP officials also studied videos of encounters between unknown objects and American military aircraft.
According to Jan C. Harzan, executive director of MUFON, "Based on the Pentagon's admitting to having a UFO program called AATIP, and AATIP's findings that these advanced technologies are not from this earth, what profound impact will this have for all of us on this planet? This may be the biggest revelation since Copernicus discovered the earth was not the center of the universe in 1543."
The weekend includes twelve presentations, experiencer (abductee) workshops, free UFO film screenings, a vendor area and art gallery—all open to the public.
