Rates per square foot, from $3.20 for click vinyl and laminate to $13.50 for tile, and about $7,000 per staircase flight, are listed online so homeowners can budget before booking a free measure.
WOODBRIDGE, Ontario - TelAve -- 22FLOORING, a flooring supply and installation company serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, has published its installation prices on its website so homeowners can see what the work costs before booking a measure.
The listed labour rates, per square foot:
- Laminate, click vinyl plank and click engineered hardwood: from $3.20
- Solid hardwood: from $4.50
- Engineered hardwood, glued and nailed: from $4.90, glue and nails included
- Glue-down vinyl: from $5.50, glue included
- Porcelain and ceramic floor tile: from $13.50, setting materials extra
- Staircase remodelling: about $7,000 per flight, covering new treads, risers, railing and stain matched to the floor

Every job is confirmed as a fixed written price after a free in-home measure, with no hourly billing. Removal of the old floor and any levelling are quoted in the same written quote.
