"Artificial intelligence's safety guidelines must not be authored by the people who profit from AI's acceleration," the statement reads. "This is not a criticism of innovation, and it is not a criticism of the engineers and scientists building these systems — work 4T Global Mind is itself part of advancing. It is a statement about incentives. A safety standard's integrity depends on independence from commercial pressure."

The organization's audience — teachers training the next generation in AI-literate, computationally rigorous thinking — is, the statement argues, precisely who bears the cost when safety guidance is shaped by market incentive rather than public accountability. "Our audience is teachers and the students they will train to inherit these systems," the statement continues. "They deserve government-set guardrails, not investor-authored reassurance."
