A call to convene the community to collectively create a community-led action plan to address the most critical issues impacting the Twin Cities' African American community
MINNEAPOLIS - TelAve -- The African American Leadership Forum's (AALF) 2021 Virtual Leadership Conference, Leadership By Any Means Necessary — Exploring Collectivism, Innovation, and Activation presented by U. S. Bank, Target and 3M, will take place February 25 – 27, 2021. Community leaders, changemakers and innovators who represent the current era of leadership in the Black community will engage participants in intergenerational dialogue that will refine the AALF focus on what it means to collectively innovate and activate, in ways that provide purposeful and sustainable impact in our community. It is a call to activists, organizers and community leaders to step into their power by activating collective brilliance that will serve to set our agenda for the year. An agenda that will be built on the knowledge shared about advancing equity and justice will be used to create a community action plan focused on reaching our full potential in 2021 and beyond.
