Anna D. Banks Re-Elected Secretary of East Orange Chamber of Commerce
TelAve News/10899066
Thrive Leadership Institute founder will continue supporting strong governance, clear records, and business-focused leadership as the Chamber strengthens its role in East Orange's economic future.
EAST ORANGE, N.J. - TelAve -- Thrive Leadership Institute, Inc. announces that its Founder and CEO, Anna D. Banks, has been re-elected Secretary of the East Orange Chamber of Commerce, continuing her service in a key governance role during an important period of growth for the city's business community.
Banks' re-election is significant because strong local economies require more than business networking. They require trusted leadership, clear systems, accurate records, and organizations that can support entrepreneurs, employers, nonprofits, and civic partners with consistency and accountability.
As Secretary, Banks has supported the Chamber through board documentation, meeting records, committee materials, member communication, and governance guidance. Her continued service helps strengthen the Chamber's internal foundation so it can better serve East Orange businesses and community stakeholders.

"Strong chambers help build strong business communities," said Banks. "I am honored to continue serving the East Orange Chamber of Commerce as Secretary. This role is about more than minutes. It is about protecting the process, supporting good governance, and helping the Chamber operate with clarity, integrity, and accountability."
Banks brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, workforce training, curriculum design, executive coaching, emotional intelligence, and organizational communication. Through Thrive Leadership Institute, she partners with workforce boards, public agencies, educators, entrepreneurs, and organizations to deliver leadership development, AI literacy, career readiness, and future-of-work training.
Her re-election connects directly to the needs of today's business community. As small businesses face rapid changes in technology, talent development, customer engagement, and economic opportunity, Chambers of Commerce must be prepared to lead with structure, strategy, and trust.
