SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - TelAve -- Leadership Promotions Announced by Arizona Rangers East Valley Company
Scottsdale, AZ — The Arizona Rangers East Valley Company proudly announces a series of leadership promotions and role confirmations, effective May 1, 2026. These changes reflect the organization's continued commitment to strong leadership and community service across the East Valley.
Promoted to the rank of Captain and appointed Company Commander is Jason Duey of Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, Captain Duey will oversee company operations and strategic direction.
Advancing to the rank of First Lieutenant and serving as Executive Officer is Demetrios "Jim" Totonis. As Executive Officer, he will support command operations and assist in organizational leadership.

Promoted to Second Lieutenant and assuming the role of Internal Affairs Officer is Frank Meehan, who will be responsible for maintaining internal standards and accountability.
Ryan Lunsford will continue in his role as Second Lieutenant and Financial Officer, overseeing the company's financial management and reporting.
Continuing his leadership service as Sergeant Major and Chief of Operations is Eduardo "Eddie" Sosa, ensuring operational readiness and coordination across the unit.
