The resolution was sponsored by State Senator Mukherji, Assemblywoman Brennan, and Assemblyman Bhalla, and signed by the Senate President and Assembly Speaker. It recognizes Rishi for founding the platform at age 8, volunteering nearly 5,000 hours to create over 1,000 educational videos, authoring four personal finance books, teaching underprivileged students, and building a free K-12 platform for teachers nationwide.

The resolution declares Rishi's efforts as "immeasurable contributions advancing the financial literacy of this State's youth," and notes that he has "established a model worthy of emulation and set a standard of excellence toward which others might strive."
