POMPTON PLAINS, N.J. - TelAve -- The latest dark cinematic vision from writer-director-producer Steve Merlo will soon be unspooled, with a distribution commitment from longstanding film distributor BayView Entertainment, Inc. and an IndieGoGo campaign to raise funds for the film's completion.

Merlo made his mark on the horror film scene with the first-ever feature-length Texas Chainsaw Massacre fan film, The Sawyer Massacre in 2022. Since then, Merlo has released a string of horror shorts and features that have captivated audiences at film festivals while receiving numerous awards.

Now comes Unseen, and both BayView Entertainment and Merlo are determined that the film is anything but. Merlo has just launched a crowdfunding campaign that puts the film's future in fans' hands. With a commitment from distributor BayView Entertainment behind him to get the finished film out there for horror movie fans to see, Merlo is confident.

Unseen features the vocal talents of Adam Ginsberg as the voice of the "Unseen Man" and introduces young actress Trinity Chase in the lead role "Crystal". Also among the cast are Brett Wagner, who appeared in the 2003 remake of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and Jaime Hill from BayView Entertainment's critically acclaimed arthouse horror film hit, Skinamarink.

Unseen will enjoy a digital streaming rollout on finer streaming platforms upon completion, courtesy of BayView Entertainment.
