Now, five years on from Woody's death, the Woods family has finally secured justice and can use the compensation from their lawsuit to build a legacy for Woody. Using part of the settlement, the Woods family has built a brand-new home to set their loved ones up for generational success, lovingly calling it "the house that Woody built." Woody's mother has also opened her own restaurant with the proceeds to feed and care for her local community.
