BOTHELL, Wash. - TelAve -- Winter can be a challenging season for both people and their pets, bringing reduced activity, emotional heaviness, and disrupted routines. To help pet families reconnect, recharge, and uplift one another, animal intuitive and holistic pet wellness educator Vicki Draper is hosting "Paws, Play & Positivity: Beating the Winter Blues Together," a live, interactive pop-up class on Saturday, January 24, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Pacific, held online via Zoom.
This heart-centered class is designed for dog and cat guardians seeking gentle, practical ways to support emotional wellness during the winter months. Participants will learn simple play-based enrichment, calming techniques, and mindful connection practices that nurture both human and animal well-being.
"Animals are deeply affected by our emotional state, especially during quieter seasons like winter," says Draper. "This class offers tools to restore joy, deepen connection, and bring more light and playfulness into daily life—for pets and their people alike."
