The Companion app is bringing people from all walks of life together--One click at a time!
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - TelAve -- In today's busy, tech-frenzied world, we are inundated with devices and gadgets. Let's face it, most of us would be utterly lost without our cell phone, and many of us would be completely unorganized without electronic calendars, reminders, or Artificial Intelligence helping us to keep our fast-paced lives in order! Life comes at you fast, but technology can be of great benefit to us…especially when we discover a game-changing app. Introducing the Companion app! Companion is the brainchild of Ken McQueen, an entrepreneur and Birmingham, Alabama native. He will launch this needful app this Summer, in hopes of bringing people together from all walks of life. Reason being, we live in a vast world—and sometimes it can be quite challenging to make meaningful connections. Companion hopes to build a bridge to human connectivity via cutting-edge technology.

The company behind the Companion app is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. The founder and developer of the app is on a mission to bring people together, and enhance social interaction in Birmingham--and ultimately throughout the country. Companion's aim is to help transplants (people who relocate to new cities for work, assimilate); networkers to find events and things to do to improve business and connect with other professionals; and to help people looking for a fun night out find the best things to do based on their taste.
Companion is the first of its kind and people are anticipating the launch. Companion will help people connect with friends and family and new locals. It's expected to launch this summer in July and it's users will likely increase 150 percent by the end of the year.
The app was created to help combat the lonliness epidemic in America. If Companion can influence more in-person, face-to-face interactions, it considers itself a winner. The founder is a proud Birmingham native and can attest to the fact that Birmingham is rich in culture, diversity, and history. More people should stop swiping/scrolling and start experiencing!
