Boston: Resolution Calls for Independent Investigation into In-Custody Death at Suffolk County House of Correction

Councilors Culpepper and Mejia offered a resolution calling for an independent investigation into the in-custody death of Shacoby Kenny at the Suffolk County House of Correction.
