MONROEVILLE, Pa. - TelAve -- Burkentine Builders held a groundbreaking ceremony for their 50-acre community on Stroschein Road in Monroeville, PA. This luxury community will offer modern, pet-friendly apartments with high-end amenities including a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park, and walking trail. In attendance at the ceremony were members of the Burkentine Builders leadership team, Bryan Burkentine, Bryce Burkentine, Michael Burkentine, and Colby Swartz, along with Luke Bernstein and Ryan Herr from the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce, as well as Joseph Dell from CNB Bank.
