EUGENE, Ore. - TelAve -- CBT Nuggets today announced the availability of IT Trainerbot, which answers IT questions in seconds using the company's library of expert-led training. IT Trainerbot anchors a set of new offerings from CBT Nuggets, including pre- and post-assessments, Internal Training, and a redesigned website.

IT teams lose time when engineers get stuck. A question that should take minutes turns into a ticket, an escalation, or a pull on a senior engineer's attention. With IT Trainerbot, engineers ask a question and get a direct answer, backed by CBT Nuggets trainers. Every answer cites the training video it came from and points to a course for going deeper.

"IT leaders are being asked to do more with the teams they have, and too often their most experienced engineers spend the day answering questions. IT Trainerbot gives every engineer an answer backed by a human IT expert in seconds, with the source video cited. Pre- and post-assessments then show leaders, per engineer and per course, the skills their teams are actually building." - Shelly Galvin, Chief Revenue Officer at CBT Nuggets
