CDI Global's international reach provides distinctive advantages for multi-national clients
SAO PAULO - TelAve -- CDI Brazil is pleased to announce it acted as financial advisor to Agger on its sale to Dimensa
Agger, a leading provider of technology solutions for insurance brokers in Brazil, was acquired by Dimensa, a technology company focused on financial operations, credit, risk and insurance, for R$260 million, or USD47 million. The buyer is the result of a joint venture between TOTVS and B3.
Founded in 1994, Agger is a leading provider of technology solutions for insurance brokers in Brazil. In recent years, the company has established itself as the largest multi-quote and management platform for insurance brokers in the country, with a presence in 95% of Brazilian municipalities. Today, Agger has over 86,000 active users and serves 16,000 brokers, processing more than 50 million quotes per month.
In 2021 Agger was acquired by Arco Capital, a Search Fund composed of a group of national and international investors with vast experience in different sectors and industries, and who acquired Agger as their growth platform in Brazil. Since then, Agger has undergone a significant expansion and market consolidation process. Key milestones include the acquisition of Infocap in 2024, which strengthened its presence in southern Brazil, and the acquisition of Trindade Tecnologia in 2025, marking its entry into the health and benefits insurance segments.

In the first quarter of 2025, Agger recorded gross annualized recurring revenue (Gross ARR) of approximately R$60 million, with an average annual growth (CAGR) of 38% between 2020 and 2024. The company currently has 150 employees.
Dimensa, a company specializing in technology for financial operations, credit, risk and insurance, announced this transaction marks the sixth acquisition by the company, whose shareholders are Totvs, the largest technology company in Brazil, and B3, the main infrastructure in the national financial market.
Agger will be incorporated into Dimensa's insurance business unit, integrating with Quiver, acquired in 2024. The company expects to strengthen its capacity to serve this segment, which is considered strategic.
This transaction represents a strategic move by Dimensa to reinforce its leadership in the insurance broker software sector, by combining the complementary operations of Agger and Quiver — the two leading platforms in the market. The closing of this transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary precedent conditions for this type of transaction.
