Guests can indulge in made-to-order omelets, fluffy scrambled eggs, mesquite smoked bacon, and breakfast potatoes with onions and peppers, alongside regional touches like red and green chile sauces and creamy green chile chicken enchiladas. For those craving something sweet, cheese blintzes with strawberry jam add a delightful touch.
The buffet also features fresh salads and chilled selections including Caesar, quinoa, and spinach & baby kale salads, a vibrant antipasto display, shrimp cocktail, smoked salmon, and an artisan cheese and charcuterie board.
