Chickadee Bandit Launches a Family Organizer That Gives Every Household Its Own Encrypted Database
TelAve News/10906900
No ads, no data sales, free export, and one price for the whole household. Now on the web, the App Store and Google Play.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - TelAve -- Firebird Systems LLC today announced the general availability of Chickadee Bandit, a private family organizer that stores each household's information in its own isolated, encrypted database. The service is available now at chickadeebandit.com and as a free download for iPhone and Android.
Running a family means handing an app some of the most personal information there is: where the kids are, who takes which medication, the custody schedule, the babysitter's phone number. Most of the apps families depend on are free because advertising pays for them. Many of the rest charge for every person who joins.
Chickadee Bandit was built on the opposite bargain. A household's data is kept separate from every other household's and encrypted at rest. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. A family can download everything it has put in at any time, at no charge, as a single file. That includes records, photos and documents.

Our only business is your subscription. That means we work for families, not for advertisers. A household's life is nobody else's business, and we built the product so that it stays that way.
One plan covers the whole household, and there is never a per-person fee. Kids, grandparents, caregivers and babysitters are all included. The plan includes a library of more than 100 apps, and families install only the ones they need: a shared calendar, chores, meal planning and grocery lists, a medication tracker, co-parenting tools, elder care, pet care and a family location map. Parents decide what children, adults and guests can see or change. When a carpool, a team or the grandparents' house needs to coordinate across families, a shared Space lets several households work together without any of them seeing into another's home.
Pricing and availability
The Family plan covers up to 10 members for $6 a month or $60 a year. Larger plans for shared houses, clubs and organizations are $10 and $30 a month. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial that requires no credit card. If a family decides not to continue, its data stays available to view and export.
