BerryDunn, a national consulting firm, will be hosting and facilitating these forums and light refreshments will be provided for attendees.
The City's Strategic Plan serves as a guide for their priorities, decision-making, and long-term planning as they continue to grow and address evolving community needs.
Residents can also provide feedback through an engagement platform available at como.gov/strategic-update. This platform includes a survey, ideas wall, and discussion forum and will also serve as a central location for updates throughout the process.
All feedback gathered during this process is being collected by BerryDunn and will be reported out in themes.
The development of the 2021 Strategic Plan began in summer 2018 before the conclusion of the previous plan in 2019. It was finalized and adopted by City Council in February 2021 with minor updates made in subsequent years.
More information about the current Strategic Plan can be found at CoMo.gov/strategic-plan.
