Long-running ClaraWell initiative exploring how people experience communication, trust, support, and empathy throughout healthcare interactions.

BOSTON - TelAve -- ClaraWell Inc. today announced the broader public opening of ClaraHeart, the company's health interaction initiative focused on better understanding how people experience healthcare beyond clinical outcomes alone.

Since November 2025, the initiative has helped ClaraWell gather perspectives from participants, including patients, physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Through a series of short anonymous surveys, participants have shared perspectives on communication, trust, support, and empathy across healthcare interactions.

Healthcare is often evaluated through treatments, outcomes, and clinical processes. ClaraHeart was created to better understand another dimension of care: how healthcare interactions are experienced by the people who provide and receive them.

"Health & Wellness are shaped through the interactions that make care possible. Understanding those experiences helps us build better systems."
