CNY-Based MSP ACC Technical Services Celebrates 35 Years of Growth, Innovation, and Trust
TelAve News/10903958
From emerging technologies to evolving threats, 35 years of experience continues to help clients stay secure, compliant, and prepared for what's next.
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - TelAve -- ACC Technical Services, Inc. (ACC), a Central New York-based managed services, cybersecurity, and IT solutions provider, is proud to celebrate its 35th anniversary.
Founded in 1991, ACC has grown from a small technology company into one of the region's most trusted IT and cybersecurity partners, supporting organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, education, government, nonprofit, financial services, and other industries throughout Central New York.
While much has changed over the last three and a half decades, ACC's commitment has remained the same: helping organizations use technology to operate more securely, efficiently, and confidently.
"Reaching 35 years is an important milestone, but what matters most is what those years have taught us," said Mike Rost, president of ACC Technical Services. "Technology continues to evolve at an incredible pace. The experience we've gained helping clients through technology shifts, cybersecurity challenges, compliance requirements, and business growth allows us to provide a level of guidance, perspective, and stability that only comes from decades of real-world experience."

Over the years, ACC has evolved alongside its clients and the technology landscape itself. The company has helped organizations navigate the transition from on-premises environments to the cloud, adapt to increasingly sophisticated cybersecurity threats, embrace remote and hybrid work, modernize business applications, and leverage emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
Today, ACC employs more than 50 professionals and delivers managed IT services, IT staff augmentation, cybersecurity solutions, Microsoft technologies, software and database development, governance consulting, and strategic technology planning. What differentiates the company is its security-first approach, integrating cybersecurity, governance, and risk management into every solution rather than treating security as an afterthought.
"One of the biggest lessons of the last 35 years is that technology alone does not solve business problems," Mike added. "Success comes from aligning technology with business goals, managing risk proactively, and building lasting relationships. That's been our approach from the beginning, and it remains our focus today."
