DENVER - Today, Governor Polis issued an Executive Order memorializing his May 17, 2026 verbal disaster declaration for the Sharpe Fire in Baca County. The Executive Order enables State and federal agencies to coordinate fire suppression, response, consequence management, mitigation, and recovery efforts.
