PHILLIPS COUNTY ~ Phillips County, Colorado - In a move to boost economic development and job creation in rural areas, Governor Jared Polis and the Business Funding and Incentives (BF&I) division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) have announced that construction company TC Modular, LLC has joined the Rural Jump-Start program. Governor Polis expressed his excitement about welcoming TC Modular to Phillips County, stating that the company's presence will bring 35 new good-paying jobs to the area. He also emphasized the need for more housing in Colorado and how manufacturers like TC Modular can help increase the state's housing supply, allowing more people to live in their desired communities.
TC Modular plans to specialize in designing, fabricating, and delivering residential workforce and community housing. They will also offer custom modular configurations for commercial and hospitality partners. The company's initial focus will be on creating custom modular configurations for brand and property partners that can be easily set up at multiple locations.
