A certified Choice Navigator provides consultations on scholarship selection, application, and enrollment in educational programs that address a student's academic needs. Cooperdyne Learning is approved to serve families enrolled in four Step Up scholarship programs: FES-UA, FTC, FES-EO, and PEP.
