Countryside Golf & Country Club wins first-place honor at industry conference

TelAve News/10874391
NAPLES, Fla. - TelAve -- The newly renovated Countryside Golf & Country Club recently won first place in the 2025 Idea Fair at the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) World Conference and Club Business Expo.

As part of its two-year $14.2 million project of enhancements at the club, Countryside General Manager and Chief Operating Officer Joe Smith added a creative way to highlight new menu items at the club's various restaurants.

One Bite Review is a weekly pre-produced video featuring Smith, Clubhouse Manager Scott Ortiz and a different club member each week, that introduces new menu items to the club. The member is invited to taste, rate the item on a 1-to-10 scale and enjoy the full meal. This initiative allows the members to be among the first to try new dishes and has become a fun, engaging method to share menu updates with the community.

CMAA awarded Countryside with the first-place honor out of more than 300 entries at its annual conference and expo in Tampa earlier this year.
