TelAve News/10625467
TORONTO - TelAve -- MONTREAL- Telecommunications operators and the services they provide have always been essential to the well-being of societies and the global economy, but never more so than today while everyone is staying home and relying on it. In fact, the adoption of telework and distance education has led to a sharp increase in the traffic of internet usage and is causing the network to become more and more saturated.
IVC Telecom has implemented several measures to support its customers during this period. The lines are currently in good condition, but customers may experience brief congestion when it is overloaded during the day. "Our technical team continues to monitor our networks to ensure reliability and quickly manage capacity to meet consumer's demand and significant changes in their usage patterns. "Said Vipin Kumar, IVC Technical Service Manager.
As for the commercial and customer service component, IVC has set up a special offer in Quebec for Cable Internet, this is the 100 Mbps offer so that users can take advantage of broadband Internet for a monthly subscription of less than $ 40. This agreement will last for 3 months and the main goal is to help people who are in difficult situation due to COVID-19. By lowering the prices in the time of need, IVC aims to give back to the community and help people as much as possible. Digital services are also available to customers, such as online chat, email support and telephone support in case they need assistance with any issues and need to reach out to us.
