Curran Young Construction hires two superintendents to support continued growth
TelAve News/10897599
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - TelAve -- Curran Young Construction announced the addition of two superintendents, David Rosario and Rory Guilfoy, expanding the firm's field leadership as demand for construction services continues across Southwest Florida.
"Southwest Florida continues to see steady growth, and adding experienced superintendents is essential to keeping projects on track," said Chris Curran, CEO of Curran Young. "David and Rory both bring strong field leadership and a depth of experience that aligns with how we approach construction."
Rosario brings 25 years of experience in the Florida construction industry, with a portfolio that spans high-end mid-rise buildings, multifamily developments, townhomes and luxury homes. Throughout the course of his career, he has worked on projects across Southwest Florida during a period of significant regional growth.
In addition to his project experience, Rosario has been involved in several nonprofit rebuilding efforts and has served as a national trainer focused on residential construction and jobsite compliance. His background includes both hands-on construction management and workforce training, with an emphasis on maintaining standards and consistency across job sites.

Guilfoy began his construction career in downtown Seattle during a period of rapid expansion driven by major technology companies, where he gained experience managing complex, large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment. He later relocated to Florida to continue his career in another high-growth market, working on major site and infrastructure scopes, including multifamily and amenity-rich developments.
A U.S. Army combat infantry veteran, Guilfoy brings a disciplined, structured leadership approach to project management, with a focus on execution and accountability in the field.
"Superintendents are critical to the success of every project, and we're focused on building a team with the experience to meet increasing demand," said Bruce Young, president of Curran Young. "David and Rory each bring a different perspective, but both have the leadership skills we look for on our job sites."
Curran Young Construction combines big-company expertise with a hands-on, client-focused approach. Based in Bonita Springs, Florida, the firm specializes in preconstruction planning, construction management and design-build services for multifamily, commercial, hospitality and country club projects across Southwest Florida.
