It All Started with a Question

One of their team members placed an order that included a mix of components that didn't obviously go together. Rather than guessing what they were trying to accomplish, we picked up the phone.

On the other end was a team working to solve a very real, very practical challenge:
They needed a fully mobile, outdoor point-of-sale setup that could:

●       Hold a tablet securely

●       Integrate a credit card reader

●       Display a menu for customers

●       Be worn comfortably for extended periods

Designing a Solution Around Real-World Use

Once we understood the goal, our team got to work building a solution from the ground up—one that wasn't just functional, but field-ready.

We started with a rugged protective case for their high-end tablet, reinforcing it to handle daily wear, weather exposure, and constant movement.

Next, we integrated a holder for the PAX D190 credit card reader, securely mounting it alongside our signature Handeholder system. To ensure durability without sacrificing flexibility, we used industrial-grade mounting techniques to keep everything firmly in place, even during high-volume service.
