Dr. Billy B. Laun II Addresses Over 120 Dental Professionals at Annual Dental Meeting

Dr. Billy B. Laun II, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Carbondale, Illinois, and Past President of the Southern Illinois Dental Society, recently spoke to an audience of more than 120 dental professionals at the Society's annual dental meeting.
CARBONDALE, Ill. - TelAve -- The meeting featured Dave Weber as the keynote speaker. Dr. Laun participated as a featured speaker, contributing to the educational program alongside the keynote address. Attendees included general dentists, specialists, hygienists, and dental team members from across Southern Illinois and surrounding regions.
"As dentistry continues to evolve, collaboration between general dentists, specialists, and the entire dental team is essential to improving patient outcomes," said Dr. Laun. "It was an honor to speak to such an engaged group of professionals who are committed to advancing the quality of care in our region."
In his leadership role with the Southern Illinois Dental Society, Dr. Laun has emphasized continuing education, professional advocacy, and strengthening connections within the dental community.
