The official announcement was made May 25, 2022, in Houston from the corporate office of eBookFairs.com. The move to acquire Pen It! Publications, LLC first started when Pen It President, Debi Stanton reached out to Kenney Myers of eBookFairs.com to gauge interest. Myers immediately jumped at the opportunity and the transaction was finalized within two weeks of the initial inquiry when the contract was executed on May 15, 2022.
