BETHLEHEM, Pa. - TelAve -- Edwards Business Systems (EBS) and Virginia Business Systems (VBS) have announced several leadership appointments to strengthen the company's operational leadership, financial strategy, and regional sales organization.

Mike Horvath Promoted to Vice President
Mike Horvath has been promoted to Vice President of Edwards Business Systems, where he will oversee EBS operations and support collaboration and growth across departments.

Horvath brings more than a decade of experience with Edwards Business Systems and has demonstrated a strong commitment to the company's core values and team development.

Mike Dudrear Joins as Chief Financial Officer
EBS/VBS also welcomes Mike Dudrear as Chief Financial Officer.

Dudrear brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across investment banking, public accounting, and private equity-backed organizations. He previously served in leadership roles at Reprotech, Newcleus LLC, and Keeler USA.

Slivka returns to EBS after previously serving with the company for 14 years, specializing in Major Accounts within the healthcare market, where he was consistently recognized as a President's Club award winner.
