Černohajev Institute Launches with Endowment to Preserve Legacy & Advance Research

Černohajev Institute founds self-sustaining initiative in UAP disclosure.
BOSTON - TelAve -- The Černohajev Archive & Research Institute today announced its official launch with a $17 million endowment. The independent institution is dedicated to preserving the groundbreaking papers of aerospace engineer Valerijs Černohajev and preparing public institutions and citizens for adaptation in an future era of paradigm-shifting scientific and technological discoveries.
The Institute safeguards the Černohajev Papers—a collection of technical notes and schematics compiled in secrecy, containing propulsion, energy, and materials concepts that parallel classified U.S. programs and patents spanning the Cold War to the present. Before his death in 2019, Černohajev entrusted the archive to his daughter, international opera singer Natalja Černohajeva-Sticco, who, with her husband Gene Sticco, devoted four years to translation and analysis. Their work culminated in the 2024 publication of "Engineering Infinity: Earth's First Interstellar Blueprint."
"We were tasked with preserving not only my father's technical work but also his vision for humanity's future," said Natalja Černohajeva-Sticco. "These documents reveal possibilities that challenge how we think about science, technology, and our place in the universe. Bringing this knowledge to light is a profound responsibility and honor."

The Institute's mission is guided by three pillars:
Archive & Research
The Institute preserves, analyzes, and disseminates the Černohajev Papers as a living scholarly resource. Programs include conservation and digitization, publication of critical editions and facsimiles, comparative studies connecting Černohajev's work with contemporary science and defense research, research fellowships, and curated access for scholars.
Leadership & Education
Through Project Infinite Valor, supported with $6 million in dedicated funding, the Institute cultivates resilience, character, and intellectual courage in future leaders. The program offers fellowships, mentorships, ethics and resilience seminars, STEM pathways, and youth initiatives that integrate technical and cultural education.
Resilience & Public Institutions
This pillar strengthens civic and institutional readiness in an era shaped by disruptive discoveries. Initiatives include policy briefs, legal analyses, institutional readiness frameworks, and strategic partnerships with universities, think tanks, and civic bodies. It champions transparency and peace, ensuring advances of consequence to humankind are pursued openly and responsibly. The Institute also supports cultural resilience through the arts, recognizing music and creative expression as essential to human adaptability and wellbeing.
