As part of a new "C-suite" structure, the firm announced the following promotions:

Cheryl Cecil: Chief People Officer. From technology to operations, Seiveno's leadership will deliver the execution of forward-thinking strategies.

Lindsay Moellenberndt: Chief Business Development Director. Moellenberndt's new title reflects the firm's commitment to building relationships with the business community, strengthening the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, and securing value for clients from these relationships.

The above team members will work closely with firm's other C-suite members, Chief Financial Officer, Dave Bassuk, and its Chief Talent Officer, Bob Kramer.

Additionally, firm leadership announced that Donna Mostrom has joined the firm to serve as Chief of Staff and Marketing Director.
