ST ALBANS, U.K. - TelAve -- Find Powder, the free ski resort weather and snow website, has launched a lift pass price comparison that shows skiers which resorts give the most skiing for their money in the 2025/26 season.

Lift passes are now one of the biggest costs of a ski holiday. In the major Alpine areas surveyed every year since 2016/17, a 6-day adult pass has risen by about two thirds, roughly twice the rate of inflation.

Every resort now has its own lift pass page showing:

• The current 6-day adult lift pass price and the cost per day
• Lift pass price history back to 2000, with the source of every figure labelled
• Kilometres of piste per euro, plus lifts and vertical drop against price
• A value score out of 100 and a ranking against similar resorts
• Clear alerts where resorts use dynamic pricing, so skiers know when booking early pays
• A currency converter for pounds, euros, dollars, Swiss francs and more

The results challenge the idea that bigger resorts cost more. The Dolomiti Superski pass in Italy tops the value ranking, giving 1,200 km of pistes for €436 over six days, or 16.5 km of piste for every euro of a day's skiing. Ski amadé in Austria, the Zillertal Superskipass, Les 3 Vallées and the Portes du Soleil complete the top five. At the other end, a peak-day window ticket at Vail works out at more than four times the €69 daily average across all 253 resorts.
