Among the top contenders is Fishers, Indiana, which has been named as the second best place to live in the nation out of 250 cities that were evaluated. Additionally, Fishers was ranked as the second best place to live in Indiana.
Mayor Scott Fadness expressed his gratitude for this recognition, stating that it is an honor for Fishers to consistently rank as a top place to live in America. He believes that this achievement is a testament to their efforts in creating a community that looks towards the future while providing world-class amenities that exceed residents' expectations.
The list was compiled by evaluating over 850 cities based on how well they meet consumers' living expectations. This includes factors such as value, job market, desirability, and quality of life. To determine these rankings, U.S. News conducted a public survey of thousands of individuals across the country to understand what qualities they consider important in a place to live. The methodology also took into account data from various government and private-sector sources.
