Five to Flow Announces The Launch of Its Wellness Wave Diagnostic to Help Business Leaders Improve Organizational Performance
TelAve News/10650523
Five to Flow is a global consulting collective that builds integrative organizational wellness solutions designed to achieve and sustain peak performance.
SAN FRANCISCO - TelAve -- Five to Flow™ today announces the launch of its proprietary diagnostic, the Wellness Wave™, that transforms the way business leaders measure the wellness of their people, teams and organizations at large. The Wellness Wave is driven by five core elements: People, Culture, Process, Technology and Analytics. The diagnostic allows Five to Flow to capture both qualitative and quantitative data that measures employee sentiment at organizations across the globe. This data provides real time insights about how individuals are experiencing confidence erosion and feeling less empowered and engaged at work. The Wellness Wave fuels solutions that transform how business leaders measure engagement and leads to peak performance.
Responses are scored as toxic, deficient, borderline, strong, and in flow to provide key stakeholders insights that will drive future business strategy and growth. Respondents have access to suggestions for self-improvement in real-time where they score low, and they receive feedback on how their scores compare to their peer groups. For organizations who have multiple respondents, leaders can take action on low scoring areas and see how they compare to similar organizations. The tool is available on mobile, tablet and desktop devices, and is accessible on Five to Flow's website.

"We created a safe and secure environment for people around the world to be vulnerable and worthy of using their voice to influence the future of the organizations they serve. We designed the Wellness Wave to be a catalyst for individual and business transformation as more people are putting their health and well-being at risk by simply showing up to work every day," said Kate Visconti, Founder and CEO.
A recent article from Fast Company on the long haul effects of burnout reinforces the need for business leaders to prioritize organizational wellness. A Flexjobs and Mental Health survey of more than 1,500 respondents revealed that 75% of them experienced burnout at work. Furthermore, in 2019 Inc. published an article citing a Gallup report that employee disengagement costs the US economy $450-$500 billion annually. This impacts business leaders because a disengaged employee can cost a company up to $3,400 per year for every $10,000 of salary. Five to Flow is in a unique position to address these challenges by designing a tool that empowers people to be agents for positive change, since research shows that people are more satisfied with their work when they are in a position of power.

"I believe Five to Flow will be the benchmark for excellence in a world where integrative organizational wellness is more important than ever before. Our goal is to help people be more happy, productive, and fulfilled at work," said Visconti.
