DENVER - TelAve -- DENVER, CO — 9/22/26 — Follow No One Entertainment (FNE) today announced its formal launch as a full-service record label and publishing house, alongside a new worldwide distribution agreement with Too Lost, a New York City-based independent music and technology company. Under the deal, BMG will provide worldwide royalty collection and rights administration for all artists signed to the label going forward.

The agreement gives FNE global infrastructure for distribution, catalog management, and publishing administration through Too Lost, backed by BMG's international collection network, positioning FNE as a truly global label.

"This partnership gives us the infrastructure to operate at a level our artists deserve, without giving up what makes us independent," said Rich Hall, Founder of Follow No One Entertainment and award-winning rock act Follow No One, whose catalog includes over 40 fully-owned tracks. "We will be a home for great artists who appreciate authenticity as much as we do."

A Full-Service Label With Sync at the Center

Alongside distribution, FNE offers artist development, marketing, and rights administration through its publishing arm, Follow No One Publishing. Follow No One Entertainment was founded by Rich Hall and is led by Reagan Hall, President, a graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, an award-winning author, and a vocalist/songwriter in his own right. El Jackie Grande serves as Vice President and primary company spokesperson. The leadership team also includes a Secretary-Treasurer, who additionally serves as Chief Financial Officer.

Looking Ahead: A 24/7 Broadcast Network
