SAN JOSE, Calif. - TelAve -- Exercise Daily Media Lab (EDML), a community-focused digital media and wellness education platform, has released a free, limited-time holiday download of its Kids SoccerFit Curriculum — a playful, structured fitness program designed for children ages 3–9.

The free offering includes two age-specific editions (3–5 and 6–9) featuring beginner soccer skills, physical literacy development, simple nutrition education, and joyful movement routines.
