Future of Education Technology Conference Announces Ten Featured Speakers for 2022 In-Person Event

Speakers from a variety of backgrounds who are leading the charge in education technology will come together to share expert insights and help attendees advance their professional goals.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - TelAve -- The Future of Education Technology® Conference (FETC®), an intensive, highly collaborative exploration of new technologies, best practices and pressing issues, announced today ten featured speakers for the 2022 in-person event being held January 25 - 28 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

These experts bring a breadth of experience and will give attendees real-world ideas and solutions to incorporate technology into the teaching and learning process, as well as school operations. They will present sessions covering a variety of topics focused in five distinct tracks:

Future of Ed Tech Administrator Track:
  • Dr. Matthew Joseph, Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Leicester Public School
  • Ann McMullan, Former Executive Director of Educational Technology, Klein Independent School District

Future of Ed Tech Coach Track:
  • John Meehan, Instructional Coach, Bishop O'Connell High School, VA and author of EDrenaline Rush: Game-Changing Student Engagement Inspired by Theme Parks, Mud Runs, and Escape Rooms
  • Brianna Hodges, Director of Digital Learning, Stephenville Independent School District

Future of Ed Tech Educator Track:
  • Eric Curts, Technology Integrationist, Stark Portage Area Computer Consortium
  • Dr. Adam Phyall, Director of Technology and Media Services, Newton County Schools

Future of Ed Tech Information Technology Track:
  • Lorrie Owens, Chief Technology Officer, San Mateo County Office of Education
  • Mark Racine, Chief Information Officer, Boston Public Schools

Future of Ed Tech Library Media Specialist Track:
  • Shannon Miller, Teacher Librarian, Future Ready Librarians and Project Connect Spokesperson, The Library Voice
  • Dr. Rosalyn Washington, Digital Learning Specialist, Literacy, Atlanta Public Schools

FETC will also feature Best-Selling Author and one of the world's leading experts on the connection between happiness and success, Shawn Achor, as the opening keynoter of the in-person event.
