Richard is an industry veteran who understands the rapid evolution in consumer trends toward more natural and clean cosmetic and therapeutic formulations.

In his new role, Richard will be the senior sales professional on the executive team, taking primary leadership over sales organizational development and performance, while developing accelerated growth strategies. He brings over 25 years of industry-specific experience, including recent executive sales roles at Coast Southwest since January 2015, and prior to that at Ross Organic Specialty from May 2008. Richard earned his MBA at Pepperdine, and his business degree from the University of San Diego.
