DENVER ~ Governor Polis of Colorado took the time today to recognize and celebrate the hardworking individuals of his state at the 2026 Women in the Workforce Event held at Emily Griffith Technical College. This event, organized by the Emily Griffith Foundation, aims to showcase the foundation's efforts in connecting students with practical skills that lead to well-paying jobs. It also honors the women who are breaking barriers and making significant contributions to Colorado's workforce.
