- The Audit Facade: Leadership claimed to be auditing to AS9100, yet the employees building the aircraft had zero functional knowledge of the standard.
- The Production Blockade: I was told by employees who I met that they were many times forbidden from attending meetings safety or other. Supervisors explicitly stated they could not leave their stations because "it would stop production."
- The Truth Gap: Lund's claims were a facade. You cannot be compliant when management actively prevents employees from participating in safety oversight to prioritize the assembly line.
