TelAve News/10894599
MADISON, Wis. - TelAve -- Hope Community Capital (HCC) announced a free educational webinar focused on permanent supportive housing (PSH): Innovations in Affordable Housing Finance. Emily Francis, HCC's Director - Development Advisory, and Brad Hinkfuss, Executive Director, Housing Initiatives will explore how to identify the need for supportive affordable housing, develop a vision for service-enriched housing, and translate that vision into a viable development and capital model. Participants will walk through the core elements of purpose‑built affordable PSH, from site selection and capital stack assembly to building design and the integration of supportive services into daily operations.

"Housing for vulnerable populations demands that we get both the mission and the capital right," said Carrie Sanders, CEO & Founder of Hope Community Capital. "The capital stack directly influences whether a project can deliver stability, dignity, and quality services over time."
