HyAlto certifies with Datto Autotask PSA
TelAve News/10670984
Enabling MSPs to automatically push private cloud usage data into Autotask
OTTAWA, Ontario - TelAve -- HyAlto (https://www.hyalto.com), the only revenue-focused cloud management platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), has integrated its platform with Datto (https://www.datto.com) – the leading global provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions purpose-built for delivery by MSPs.
MSPs rely on Datto for mission-critical business continuity and disaster recovery, networking, business management, and file backup and sync solutions. Autotask PSA is Datto's professional services automation software suite that runs an MSP's critical business functions. These include expense management, service desk, project management, CRM, and time and billing.
With HyAlto, MSPs that use Autotask PSA and also deliver services from VMware can streamline and optimize their customer billing through automation. HyAlto provides a powerful single interface through which to eliminate time-consuming manual billing and usage monitoring processes. All of the VMware usage information for each one of an MSP's enterprise clients can be tracked by the second and automatically populated in Autotask PSA, where it can then be correlated with the usage data for Datto's own security and backup products.

This "single pane of glass" cuts the complexities and inefficiencies related to back-office billing for MSPs. HyAlto's customers typically increase revenues by about 10 per cent from revenue leakage recovery, increase core service revenue by seven per cent, and boost upsell revenue by 15 per cent.
How? Because common errors are eliminated, invoices are on-time and accurate, administrative costs are reduced, and high-value technical personnel are freed to focus their time where it should be – on the client-facing activities that will grow revenue. In fact, 50 percent of a Level 3 tech's time can be recovered from administrative tasks with HyAlto.
"HyAlto helps MSPs and CSPs focus on growing their core IaaS business cost effectively by helping them to automate their front and back offices," said Alan Zurakowski, CEO of HyAlto. "Today's integration with Datto is the next natural step in HyAlto's evolution to become the universal and agnostic monetization partner for service providers everywhere as they adapt to a multi-cloud world."
"Datto has always encouraged our partners to adopt the technology solutions that work best for themselves and their clients," said Joe Rourke, Director of Product Management at Datto. "We recognize the growth of the private and hybrid clouds and are very excited about this one-of-kind integration for Autotask-based MSPs that want to grow their existing VMware investment. With HyAlto, we are helping service providers make the most of the relationships they are building across the cloud ecosystem, to ensure their continued success."
