According to a press release by the Idaho Falls Public Works, Fine Dirt Inc. will be carrying out utility installation work near 1085 Hoopes Ave in association with the development of Hope Lutheran Church.

The project involves the installation of underground utilities to support the church's development. As a result, Hoopes Ave will be fully closed to through traffic in the area of 1085 Hoopes Ave. Drivers are advised to take alternate routes and use Woodruff as a detour during this time.
