Idaho Court of Appeals
Theodore J. Fleming
Fleming has served as a District Judge for Idaho's Fourth Judicial District since his appointment to the district bench in September 2022. He previously served as a magistrate judge in Elmore County from 2016 to 2022. Fleming has also presided over the Elmore County Drug and DUI Court and the Ada County Drug Court. Prior to his judicial service, he was a partner at Fleming Law Offices, PLLC in Emmett and was a deputy prosecuting attorney in the Canyon County Prosecutor's Office from 2006 to 2013. "I am deeply humbled and honored by Governor Little's confidence in selecting me to serve on the Idaho Court of Appeals," Fleming said. "I have strived over the last 21 years of my legal career, all but three of which I have dedicated to public service, to serve the people of the State of Idaho and my community with honor, integrity, and a firm commitment to the rule of law."
