In Celebration of International Women's Day, Young Mothers Inc. Hosts I Love You Makeover

WASHINGTON - TelAve -- WASHINGTON - In celebration of International Women's Day, Young Mothers, Inc. and Sasha Bruce Youthwork will host an I Love You Makeover event on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event will take place at Anacostia Neighborhood Library, 1800 Marion Barry Avenue Southeast, Washington, D.C. 20020.
The workshop blends professional beauty services with career and personal development programs. Local hair stylists and makeup artists will volunteer their professional time and skills, while local businesses and sponsors will provide donations to support the event. Partners, sponsors, and local supporters are welcome to attend the event as a celebration of the organization's thirteen years of service and its continued commitment to uplifting young mothers in the community.
