TelAve News/10876411
KATY, Texas - TelAve -- Inframark, an industry-leading applied technology and solutions company specializing in water and wastewater treatment services in the U.S., is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of WHECO Controls (WHECO), further strengthening its Automation and Intelligence (A&I) capabilities.
Based in Fort Worth, Texas, WHECO is a full-service systems integrator with decades of experience in the water and wastewater industry. The company delivers expertise in SCADA system installation and modification, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and security solutions. Its cloud-based HMI software, QuickDATA, complements Inframark's WaterMinds® platform, expanding the company's ability to deliver innovative, integrated digital solutions that optimize utility operational performance.

"The addition of WHECO is a strategic step that strengthens our SCADA services and enhances the value we deliver to customers," comments Steve Meininger, Inframark's Chief Executive Officer. "WHECO brings deep expertise, a strong culture of service and innovation, and proven solutions that enhance our own. Together, we are expanding our capabilities, evolving our employer of choice workplace, and positioning ourselves to better serve clients for the long term."
