As the founder of Tapp Label Technologies, he led a major industry shift in the North American wine sector, introducing pressure-sensitive labeling technology and earning over 130 international awards for printing excellence. His experience at Tapp Label Technologies also gave him firsthand knowledge of the risks of not having the right sell-side advisory team and the emotional journey entrepreneurs face during an exit. His leadership at Meritage Specialty Packaging further demonstrated his ability to drive business transformation, spearheading the development of innovative and sustainable packaging technologies that continue to shape the industry.
